Description
As soon as the subtasks in the LWT are structured, you can add suitable digital media. This is done via links that lead to external files, documents, images, videos or websites. Media help learners to better access the content independently.
A well-integrated medium can:
<ul>
<li>support the content-related processing of the task.</li>
<li>can make the work process more vivid for the learners.</li>
<li>can provide additional information.</li>
</ul>
💡 Please note: Media is only deposited via links. No files can be uploaded directly to the Task Manager.

Goals/Outcomes
<ul>
<li>You know how to specifically insert media into individual subtasks.</li>
<li>Your subtasks contain suitable resources to support learners.</li>
<li>Learners have access to additional materials that guide them through the work process.</li>
</ul>

Procedure
1. Introduction (watch video)
<ul>
<li>Watch the screen video 'Add Media to Subtasks'.</li>
<li>Observe how media are added to subtasks.</li>
</ul>
2. Insert media links into subtasks
<ul>
<li>Open the Task Manager and navigate to the desired subtask.</li>
<li>Add a new media link:
<ul>
<li>URL: Enter the web address of the medium.</li>
<li>Title: Enter a comprehensible title for the link (e.g. 'Guideline for Analysis).</li>
<li>Description: Add a brief explanation of what the medium is to be used for.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>If necessary, several media links can be added.</li>
</ul>
3. Review and Save
<ul>
<li>Ensure that the title and description are clear for learners.</li>
<li>Save the changes.</li>
<li>Test whether the links work correctly.</li>
</ul>
