After all participants have created their own LWT in the Task Manager and uploaded individual reflections, a&nbsp;joint final reflection takes place. The objective is to reflect on newly acquired knowledge, discuss challenges, and formulate valuable tips for future users.
📌 Procedure for the group reflection:
1. Individual Preparation
<ul>
<li>Before starting the group exchange, think about the key insights you have gained from the creation of your LAA.</li>
<li>Make personal notes on:
<ul>
<li>What new skills have you developed in using the Task Manager through this course?</li>
<li>Which features of the Task Manager were particularly helpful to you?</li>
<li>Were there any challenges that you were able to solve successfully?</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
2. Exchange in the group
<ul>
<li>Each participant shares a key insight or a challenge from their LWT creation process.</li>
<li>The group discusses: 
<ul>
<li>Which newly learned skills were particularly valuable for multiple participants?</li>
<li>What challenges arose, and how were they solved?</li>
<li>What benefits does the Task Manager offer for planning and implementing an LWT?</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
3. Documenting Key Insights
Summarize your group's joint considerations in writing, addressing the following questions:
<ul>
<li>What are the key insights from this course?</li>
<li>What new skills have we learned in working with the Task Manager?</li>
<li>What challenges arose, and how were they addressed?</li>
<li>How does the Task Manager support the creation and implementation of an LWT?</li>
<li>What best practices or tips can help future users of the Task Manager?</li>
</ul>
📎 Aufgabe:
