Description
Individual or multiple subtasks can also be shared or exported. This can be done in two ways
1. Within a Task Manager instance (via code)
<ul>
<li>Other teachers can import the subtask(s) within the same instance using a generated code.</li>
</ul>
2. Instance-independent (via file)
<ul>
<li>The file can be imported by other teachers regardless of the instance.</li>
</ul>
💡 Please note: Imported subtasks can be modified individually after import. Your shared subtasks remain unchanged for you.

Goals/Outcomes
<ul>
<li>You know how to share subtasks via code or file.</li>
<li>Other teachers can use your subtasks and adapt them if necessary.</li>
</ul>

Procedure
1. Introduction (watch video)
<ul>
<li>Watch the screen video 'Share a Subtask'.</li>
<li>Watch the screen video 'Export a Subtask'.</li>
</ul>
2.&nbsp; Share or export subtask(s)
<ul>
<li>Open the Task Manager and navigate to the heading 'Live'.</li>
<li>Choose one of the two methods: 
<ul>
<li>Share via code: 
<ul>
<li>Go to the 'Share Subtasks' tab.</li>
<li>Select one or more subtasks and generate a share code.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Share via file: 
<ul>
<li>Go to the 'Export Subtasks' tab.</li>
<li>Select one or more subtasks and export them as a file.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
3. Release &amp; distribution
<ul>
<li>Pass on the sharing code to teachers or send the exported file.</li>
</ul>
