Description
In addition to media embedded in individual subtasks, you can provide overarching materials for the entire task. This is useful when offering general introductions, work materials, or key resources applicable to all subtasks.
💡 Please note: Media is only deposited via links. No files can be uploaded directly to the Task Manager.

Procedure
1. Introduction (watch video)
<ul>
<li>Watch the screen video 'Add Media to Tasks'.</li>
<li>Observe how overarching media are added to a task.</li>
</ul>
2. Insert media links in the LWT
<ul>
<li>Open the Task Manager and navigate to the respective task.</li>
<li>Add a new media link: 
<ul>
<li>URL: Enter the web address of the medium.</li>
<li>Title: Enter a comprehensible title for the link (e.g. 'Work Instructions PDF').</li>
<li>Description: Add a brief explanation of the content provided by the medium.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>If necessary, several links can be added.</li>
</ul>
3. Review and Save
<ul>
<li>Ensure that the title and description are clear for learners.</li>
<li>Save the changes.</li>
<li>Test whether the links work correctly.</li>
</ul>
