Description
After you have set up your LWT with a title and a description, you now fill it with subtasks. Subtasks represent the individual steps of the work process that the learners should go through step by step.
Each subtask is assigned to one of the four phases:
<ul>
<li>Acceptance: Who gives the assignment? What is the occasion?</li>
<li>Planning: What steps are necessary for implementation?</li>
<li>Implementation: How does the actual implementation of the assignment take place?</li>
<li>Conclusion: How is the result reviewed and reflected upon?</li>
</ul>
The sequence of subtasks can be adjusted flexibly. Teachers can rearrange subtasks in the overview to match the desired sequence.

Procedure
1. Introduction (watch video)
<ul>
<li>Watch the screen video 'Create Subtasks'.</li>
<li>Observe how subtasks are created and assigned to phases.</li>
</ul>
2. Create and structure subtasks
<ul>
<li>Open the Task Manager and navigate to your LWT.</li>
<li>Create the individual subtasks for your LWT.
<ul>
<li>When formulating the descriptions for the individual subtasks, follow the structure of the "Description of a Learning Sequence" template, which is available in the media library of this course.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Assign each subtask to the appropriate phase.</li>
<li>Ensure that the sequence of subtasks reflects the real workflow.</li>
</ul>
3. Adjust and review sequence
<ul>
<li>Use the overview to rearrange the order of subtasks as needed.</li>
<li>Check whether the sequence of tasks is logical and comprehensible.</li>
</ul>
